Ayurvedic benefits

Based on the principles of Ayurvedic herbalism or “Dravya Guṇa“, Pramati is a synergy of plants that prevents winter congestions. This infusion controls Kapha to leave Vāta free in his movements. Pitta and to a lesser extent Vāta can be vitiated if this infusion is consumed outside the winter season.

Vaidya's advice

People of “Kapha nature” will have to be more careful about following preventive winter regimens. This does not mean that an “anti-Kapha” regime must be adopted.

Kapha must be under control, Vāta watched and Agni satisfied!

Dinner should be served early, sleep early and rise early.

Avoid fasting (except in special cases) as well as raw vegetables in large quantities.

Avoid any form of detox unless you are well guided.
